I’m a writer, researcher, and media maker currently hanging my hat at Blue State Digital in New York. I’ve worked in almost every aspect of communications from research to writing to producing to planning. For a while, I wrote an arts and culture review column for KQED in San Francisco covering music, theatre and film. Last year, I helped judge the Asian Pacific Fund‘s Growing Up Asian in America, an annual art and essay competition for Bay Area k-12 students.

In 2010, I finished up my MA in Media Studies from The New School. Next year? Same game plan as every year. Try to take over the world.
