Assisted in the development of a strategic plan aimed at revitalizing the YWCA SEW’s operational and programmatic foundations following a tumultuous five-year period during which the organization lost vital funding as well as more than 85% of its board and team to turnover and attrition. Activities included desk research, retreat planning and co-facilitation, analysis of session outputs, and report drafting, focusing on modernizing internal operations, expanding core programs in education, economic empowerment, and racial justice, and planning for a capital campaign for building renovations.
Brand and Ecommerce Launch, Tiny Little Cosmos / Mustard & Miel (2023-2024)
Named, designed and launched a new local organic honey product for Mustard & Miel, a new retail store based in downtown Catskill, NY for the 2023 holiday shopping season. Mustard & Miel’s core product, Catskill Skeppa Honey, surpassed their initial goal for the holiday season by 10x, has an online store conversion rate of 1.3%, and a returning customer rate of 18.75%. Activities included brand and naming research, competitive analysis, copywriting, and Shopify website design and production.

Voter Guide Campaign, Courage California (2019-2021)
Produced California’s first statewide progressive voter guide, leading five-member team in content strategy for 450 critical races. Reached 1 in 29 California voters, generating ~15,000 daily website visits (average 10 minute session) in months leading to election. Yielded $1 acquisition cost per 4,300+ users with digital ads, AI tools, and content outperforming industry benchmarks by 2x-7x.

Audience Research Study, Thicket Labs / Google, Inc. (2016-2017)
Google commissioned Thicket Labs to survey YouTube Originals series launch of Hyperlinked. We contacted viewers to find out how the show influences young girls’ interest in pursuing computer science-related fields. Activities included recruiting and engaging target audiences through social media channels to engage with a series of gamified surveys produced and fielded on our proprietary digital platform. Study insights were featured in USA Today and used to inform programming planning strategy by teams at Google and YouTube Originals.
Policy Innovation Lab and Summit, Thicket Labs / Center for Global Policy Solutions (2017)
Thicket Labs worked with CGPS to design and launch the Health Equity Design Lab, which identified best practices, recommendations, and innovative solutions to be deployed by policymakers and the field at large to advance change. Activities included facilitating a series of three data-driven convenings of public health professionals and the production of two reports including a comprehensive public policy agenda centered around women’s health and wealth equity.

Demonstrated 85% cost reduction, ~1,000 hours saved semiannually, and significant improvement in collaboration and problem-solving among physician network through AI-driven product innovation for the Women's College Hospital’s BRIDGES Collaborative at the University of Toronto.
TechTank Talent Incubator, Thicket Labs / The Knowledge House (2015-2016)
Developed a talent training and matching program and platform to connect young technologists from underserved backgrounds to tech industry mentors. Through pattern recognition and talent matching algorithms, the platform filters the network to find and recommend promising mentor matches. Program partnered with technologists from leading companies including Spotify, Vimeo, IBM, and Thought Works.
Program Advising, Openbox / The Lowline, NY US (2014)
The Young Designers Program encouraged students to reflect on the purpose and impact of the Lowline, an underground park planned for the unused Williamsburg Bridge Trolley Terminal. Served as an advisor for the program and produced and edited audio interviews for a sound installation for the Lowline Young Designers exhibition held at the Mark Miller Gallery in the Lower East Side.
The HAITI Report, Openbox / Digital Democracy, Haiti / USA (2012)
A deep dive into Haiti's social impact programs bringing to light the transformative power of community organizing through an innovative editorial feature. epidemiological modeling, Modeled the dynamic impact of these grassroots movements and developed a novel method for mapping community behaviors in the absence of traditional quantitative data. Reached audiences eager for cutting-edge practices and showed how advanced data visualization techniques can illuminate pathways of social change across communities, making the invisible both visible and actionable.

Led strategy and design for The Lady GODIVA Initiative, GODIVA Chocolate’s inaugural CSR program. Created an integrated campaign to reach millions of customers in-store and online. Multi-year program renewal.
Digital Engagement Campaign, Blue State Digital / The Bellagio Initiative (2011-2012)
Created and oversaw digital communication program to support the Bellagio Initiative, a three-week global convening of philanthropy and global development experts. Produced daily live event coverage including emails, on-camera interviews and social media posts. Increased email list by 435% with average open rates of 50% during the convening.
Digital Engagement Campaign, Blue State Digital / The Rockefeller Foundation (2011)
Led digital communications strategy for The Rockefeller Foundation’s Centennial and first annual Innovation Forum, including: website design and production, content creation, engagement tactics, social media strategy, execution, and capacity training for client. Created a global online audience for an inaugural Innovation Forum.
